Phenomenal views, maybe the best in town. Early dinner time gave us the opportunity to see the town at dusk and night. The rooftop was open but a little chilly in October, we decided to stay on the top floor just below the rooftop. Great service, friendly staff with a smile. English speaking and the menu was also in English. Delicious food. We enjoyed the variety of Turkish appetizers, my hubby had the lamb shank and I had the chef’s special sea bass mm mmm good!
Nice glass of Turkish wine and beer 🍺. Shared a desert Banana in baklava dough served with honey and vanilla ice cream. And hot apple tea. It was a great evening. Would highly recommend it. You need a reservation during busy times. There is an elevator/lift but good only for max 4 people. We took it up and took the stairs down. Enjoy!
Its the best restaurant in Istanbul because has an excellent traditional food, very exquisite and tasty. Its located on the roof of hotel Adamar at the 7th floor so you can eat and enjoy an excellent view of the main points of Istanbul, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque or the great Bosphor. The service is one of the best, excellent recomandation and a fast service. Me and our family discovered this restaurant back in 2019 and since then, we return everytime we visit Istanbul.
The Panoramic restaurant is a very nice place in Sultanahmet, the heart of the Istanbul where my friends and I had a very good time. This has been my second trip to Istanbul and just like the first trip it was a very pleasant to spend time at the Panoramic Restaurant. Thanks to the warm and welcoming feel from all the employees of the Panoramic especially from the manager Murat Yildirim who is an excellent host. All the time he made us feel like we weren’t away from home. I will definitely make a stop at the Panoramic whenever I visit Istanbul. Thanks!

We had just arrived in Istanbul and were looking for somewhere to have dinner and decided on the Panoramic Restaurant at the Adamar Hotel. The food was absolutely amazing and all the staff were very attentive throughout the evening. Not only did we get to enjoy a delicious meal but also had great wine with the best views across Istanbul. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone going to Istanbul and will forever have wonderful memories in my heart.
The Roof Restaurant at Adamar Hotel offered us a remarkable experience with stunning rooftop views (it was definitely the most beautiful view in Istanbul, you can see every corner of the city, and also the Bosphore is splendidly around the view). Of course with exceptional service. I want to give a special shout-out to the outstanding staff, particularly Ilhami, who made our visit truly unforgettable.

Very good restaurant, the food is awesome, and the personnel and the view are amazing. I’ll come here every time i m in Istanbul. Definitely worth coming to this place.
